Wise Parent

Wise Parenting Website http://tinyurl.com/34kkvf

My husband and I have 3 boys, aged 7, 5 and 3. We learn to be better parents by interacting and communicating with them. We experience a lot of joys in our parenting. I am working with children. I like to organize programs and workshops for children to improve their self esteem, cope with their emotion and develop their confidence.

Parenting is a challenging experience. Parents will constantly face a lot of challenge from your children. They would like to know whether you are firm enough to enforce the rules and compassion enough to understand their feelings. When you can address to their feelings, a lot of problems will be resolved. However, if you neglect or ignore their feelings, a lot of problems will surface.

Parents are coaches to children to express their emotions in a safe way. With the clear and safe boundaries, the children will feel secure and safe.

Highlights

1. Prenatal Training I shall organize small group pre-natal training for pregnant ladies to facilitate the connection and bond with unborn babies. The training is focusing on communication with unborn, relaxation skills, visualization skills and psychological preparation to cope with labour.

2. Ebook on Connecting With your unborn baby If you like to learn about how to connect with your unborn baby you can get a copy of the ebook. The purpose of this book is to help readers to bond and connect with unborn babies at the earliest stage by practicing seven essential skills (e.g. communication, relaxation, visualization, mental imagery, accelerated learning, suggestion skills and so on) and ten useful activities (e.g. pregnancy journal, love letters and so on).

Ghostly Gear: Technology Tools for Paranormal Investigations

How do you catch a ghost? Not with an iPhone—at least not yet. Paranormal investigators employ an unusual array of equipment: Favorite gadgets range from the simple—thermometers and carpenter's levels—to the complex and expensive—infrared thermal cameras and ultrasonic listening devices.

Thermometers and Thermal Scanners
Thermometers have been used for decades in paranormal investigations, as cold spots are said to be clues to the locations of supernatural beings, says Loyd Auerbach, founder and director of the Office of Paranormal Investigations.

Simple temperature gauges like the ones you might hang outside your back door can be set up in separate areas of a home or other locations to monitor temperature and detect sudden changes. But experienced ghost hunters employ digital thermometers with built-in alarms and memory to record minimum and maximum temperatures. The alarms can alert investigators to drastic temperatures changes, so that they don't need to remain in a single spot to monitor shifts. These gadgets, which sell for about $40, also show the historical range of normal temperatures.

Some ghost hunters also swear by thermal scanners—thermometers that use infrared technology to measure temperatures at a distance. Most of these gizmos look like bulky, plastic guns that you point at an area (perhaps across a room) to gauge temperature. But you need a surface against which the infrared laser can bounce. So if you're looking for a reading in the middle of a room, you must purchase an even more expensive scanner that works with a moveable probe and receiver. Typical point-and-shoot thermal scanners run from $100 to $200.

EMF Meters

TriField EMF Meter
Electromagnetic Field (EMF) meters measure levels of electromagnetic radiation—which ghost hunters believe apparitions emit. This radiation originates from a wide variety of sources, including the earth, people, electronics and power lines. Different EMF meters gauge radiation levels at different frequencies, so some investigators choose to carry multiple meters.
The meters often look like large, handheld computing devices with small displays and various knobs to adjust settings as you pace around an area. One commonly used EMF meter, the Trifield Natural EM Meter, goes for $170, but some high-end industrial EMF meters will run you several thousand dollars.

Cameras and Video Recorders

Canon EOS Digital SLR Camera
Vince Wilson, author of Ghost Science: The Essential Guide to the Scientific Study of Ghosts and Hauntings, and Ghost Tech: The Essential Guide to Paranormal Investigation Equipment, calls his digital SLR camera the most valuable tool in his ghost hunter's arsenal—though other ghost hunters say the value of photographic or digital images in this pursuit is debatable. Some paranormal investigators believe that ghosts cannot be photographed at all and that the true value of photographic and video recording equipment is in capturing witness testimony and documenting locations. Wilson believes a combination of audio and video will eventually convince the public of the existence of ghosts.

Auerbach warns against the use of traditional digital cameras like the ones found in cell phones and other devices, because their lenses and flashes are often extremely close together. A flash that's too close to the lens will leave noticeable markings that could be mistaken for "orbs" or other signs of the paranormal, he says. Digital video recorders (DVRs) can also be extremely valuable to ghost hunters—not and just for capturing images of specters. Such devices can be set up in rooms and left there to see if objects move without apparent cause.

Four-Channel Samsung DVR
Wilson uses a 4-channel, 160GB Samsung DVR, or a comparable device, because it can be set to note whenever it detects movement in pixels—a feature that eliminates the need for investigators to view hours of blank tapes. The $200 Samsung machine also connects to as many as four different cameras or video sources simultaneously, to capture various angles of the same space.

Paranormal investigators with deep pockets may also employ infrared thermal vision cameras (made by vendors such as Flir Systems) in their research, though these devices can cost upwards of $10,000. Infrared thermal vision cameras capture video pictures in which each pixel is, in effect, a tiny thermometer.

Motion and Sound Detectors

Motion sensors can alert paranormal investigators to movement in unoccupied rooms. Since ghosts are believed to be ethereal, spirits wouldn't likely set off a motion detector alarm, Auerbach says, but objects they might influence or move potentially could. Convenience stores and small shops often employ motion detectors with chimes to notify staffers of when a customer has entered: Such gadgets retail for as little as $27, though low-end models usually attach to a wall and can only detect movement directly in front of their sensors, in a range of less than 180 degrees. The next step up, ceiling censors, deliver a full 360-degree range.

360 Degree Motion Detector
In electronic voice phenomenon (EVP) cases, investigators often try devices that can detect sound in vacant areas or at extremely high or low frequencies. (EVP is when human-sounding voices from an unidentified source are captured on tape, digital recording, radio broadcast or other electronic audio transmission, and are heard during playback.) Wilson uses a digital recorder and Audacity, a free, cross platform audio editing program, for these jobs.
EVP investigators also sometimes use ultrasonic listening devices to detect sounds that cannot be heard by the human ear, though the price tags of these devices likely deters all but the highest level of ghost hunters.

Ghostly Odds and Ends

Since paranormal investigations consist largely of monitoring various environmental factors for noticeable and unexplained shifts or trends, a plethora of tools can be used to measure factors like atmospheric pressure (barometers), humidity (psychrometers/hygrometers), static electricity (static meters) and the negative ion content in the air (negative ion meters).

Auerbach recalls one specific case in which a family claimed they became ill whenever they entered their newly rented home, though they were fine outside the home. The people even claimed to have seen random fireballs appear in their living room. Auerbach found a few possible answers using some of the above-mentioned tools, none of which were the least bit supernatural. The family lived below some power lines that were creating a sound too low to hear, but one that could be a potential source of headaches and illness.
The home neighbored a garbage dump, and methane gas—which has a putrid smell—could have been constantly drifting in, further prompting illness. The fireballs could have been a result of static electricity produced by the power lines combined with the flammable gas, he says. And finally, using a simple carpenter's level, Auerbach and his team determined that many of the houseĆ¢¬"s door and window frames were not built at 90-degree-angles, creating slightly crooked floors in some cases, which could have caused prolonged the dizziness and an ill feeling.
In that case, Auerbach didn't find any ghosts or other paranormal happenings. His tools did help him collect enough evidence about the house for the owners to get out of their lease, as the residence was in violation of a number of local zoning regulations.

Hindu gods get summons from court

Posted on Sunday, 9 December, 2007

A judge in india has summoned two Hindu gods, Ram and Hanuman, to help resolve a property dispute. Judge Sunil Kumar Singh in the eastern state of Jharkhand has issued adverts in newspapers asking the gods to "appear before the court personally".

The gods have been asked to appear before the court on Tuesday, after the judge said that letters addressed to them had gone unanswered. Ram and Hanuman are among the most popular Indian Hindu gods. Judge Singh presides in a "fast track" court - designed to resolve disputes quickly - in the city of Dhanbad. The dispute is now 20 years old and revolves around the ownership of a 1.4 acre plot of land housing two temples.

The deities of Ram and Hanuman, the monkey god, are worshipped at the two temples on the land. Temple priest Manmohan Pathak claims the land belongs to him. Locals say it belongs to the two deities. The two sides first went to court in 1987. A few years ago, the dispute was settled in favour of the locals. Then Mr Pathak challenged the verdict in a fast track court. Gift: Judge Singh sent out two notices to the deities, but they were returned as the addresses were found to be "incomplete".

Local say the temple belongs to the gods Pic: Mahadeo Sen This prompted him to put out adverts in local newspapers summoning the gods. "You failed to appear in court despite notices sent by a peon and later through registered post. You are herby directed to appear before the court personally", Judge Singh's notice said.

The two Hindu gods have been summoned as the defence claimed that they were owners of the disputed land. "Since the land has been donated to the gods, it is necessary to make them a party to the case," local lawyer Bijan Rawani said. Mr Pathak said the land was given to his grandfather by a former local king.

Prehistoric sea "monster" discovered

Posted on Thursday, 6 December, 2007 4:14

Remains of a bus-sized prehistoric "monster" reptile found on a remote Arctic island may be a new species never before recorded by science, researchers said Tuesday. Initial excavation of a site on the Svalbard islands in August yielded the remains, teeth, skull fragments and vertebrae of a reptile estimated to measure nearly 40 feet long, said Joern Harald Hurum of the University of Oslo. "It seems the monster is a new species," he told The Associated Press.

The reptile appears be the same species as another sea predator whose remains were found nearby on Svalbard last year. His team described those 150-million-year-old remains as belonging to a short-necked plesiosaur measuring more than 30 feet — "as long as a bus ... with teeth larger than cucumbers." The short-necked plesiosaur was a voracious reptile often compared to the Tyrannosaurus rex of the oceans.Mark Evans, a plesiosaur expert at the Leicester City Museums in Britain, said he not know enough about the Norwegian find to comment on it specifically. But he said new types of the sea reptiles are being found regularly.

'Intact' dinosaur autopsy to be shown on TV

Posted on Saturday, 8 December, 2007 3:43

The dramatic discovery of a mummified dinosaur complete with skin, ligaments and possibly some internal organs is to be featured on television. Dino Autopsy, National Geographic Channel The find of the fossilised duckbilled hadrosaur, nicknamed Dakota, was reported by the Sky News website last week.

Now Dino Autopsy, on the National Geographic Channel, will investigate one of the most important dinosaur discoveries of all time. The find means that palaeontologists, who until now have been able to extract amazingly detailed information from not much more than teeth and bones, can add to their knowledge by studying a virtually intact dino mummy. Experts believe it could prove to be one of the most important dinosaur finds of all time, offering never-before-seen details of what the dinosaurs really looked like and how they lived. Virtually intact from head to toe, a one-in-a-million combination of conditions allowed this amazing specimen to become completely mummified. National Geographic uses a combination of CGI reconstructions and expert analysis in its documentary to provide a unique insight into how the dino mummy was discovered.

The programme also looks at the expertise and intricate technology used to obtain information about the dinosaur, and the sheer magnitude of the team's findings. This is the closest that palaeontologists have come yet to understanding dinosaurs.

Murder Solved by Paranormal Investigators

A team of paranormal investigators from Lancashire got more than they bargained for on their second visit to an Inn in Leyland.

During the investigation the team undertook an experiment where they asked the spirits to move a table. The table moved suddenly and violently, then spun around several times, nearly knocking one team member off her feet.Other strange phenomena included all of the group hearing a low pitch groan at exactly the same time, lights flickering, and unexplained sensations felt by a member of the group.Team member Andy Proctor, from Blackburn, describes events on the night of the visit as "the most amazing night of phenomena we have ever witnessed".The Ley Inn, in Chorley, is subject to many rumours of a hanging in the late 18th century.

During the Ouija experiment a former Inn owner Robert O'Neil and his employee James Silcock came forward.Andy said: "Robert informed us that he once owned the land which the Ley Inn now stands on, and that he accidentally killed James Silcock, who it seems was making advances towards Robert's daughter."We were informed, that Robert tied up a rope and wrapped it around James' neck, in order to scare him in to leaving his daughter alone, however, these actions resulted in James' death."Whether or not these stories are connected to the original claims of the hanging which took place here, we are not sure."Fellow team member Victoria Taylor said: "We made contact with a spirit called Arabelle, who we think was Robert O'Neil's daughter."She was born in 1746 and died at the age of 17. She said she'd been strangled by James Silcock, which would explain her father's actions."We think we've solved a mystery dating back nearly 250 years."

Boy befriends 4.8-metre-long python

While many children might wish to curl up with a dog or cat, a young Cambodian boy prefers to spend his time with a 4.8-metre-long python.
In the village of Sit Tbow, 50 kilometres east of Phnom Penh, Sambath Uon, seven, reportedly refuses to go to sleep without the company of his pet, Chamreun, or Lucky, in Khmer.
The snake slithered into town in 2000, when Sambath was just a few months old. While the boy's father tried to return the snake to the forest three times, the Burmese python loyally returned to her young master and has earned the acceptance of villagers, who think she brings good fortune. Young Sambath said of his faithful companion: "I love the python like my sister." The affection appears to be mutual, despite the fact that pythons are typically afraid of people and avoid humans if at all possible. One of the world's largest snakes, the Burmese python, which is found throughout Southeast Asia, can grow up to 8 metres long and weigh up to 180 kg. Females like Lucky are typically longer than males.

Paranormal Experiments -Ghostly pictures

SPI (Singapore Paranormal Investigators)
We did some experiments the other day to capture some ghostly pics :

UFOs

WASHINGTON (AFP) - - UFOs may be fodder for comedians but there was no joking Monday when a group of former pilots recounted seeing strange phenomena in the sky and demanded the US government reopen an investigation into unidentified flying objects.

Several pilots offered dramatic accounts of witnessing UFOs -- including a transparent flying disc and a triangular craft with mysterious markings -- as they insisted their questions needed to be taken seriously more than 30 years after the US file was closed.

"We want the US government to stop perpetuating the myth that all UFOs can be explained away in down-to-earth, conventional terms," said Fife Symington, former governor of Arizona and air force pilot who says he saw a UFO in 1997.

"Instead our country needs to reopen its official investigation that it shut down in 1969," Symington told a news conference.

"We believe that for reasons of both national security and flight safety, every country should make an effort to identify any object in its airspace," said a statement from the 19 former pilots and government officials from around the world.

The subject of UFOs came up in a recent debate among US presidential candidates, with Democrat Dennis Kucinich saying he once saw a UFO -- making him the object of ridicule and jokes by late night television comedians.

Skeptics say UFO sightings are merely aircraft, satellites or meteors re-entering the Earth's atmosphere.

But the retired pilots spoke to a sympathetic audience of UFO "believers" who heard them recall their encounters with seemingly other-worldly objects appearing out of the sky.

"Nothing in my training prepared me for what we were witnessing," said James Penniston, a retired US Air Force pilot, as he described seeing and touching a UFO when he was stationed at a British air base in Woodbridge.

He said he saw an inexplicable triangular craft in a clearing in the woods with "blue and yellow lights swirling around the exterior."

The UFO was "warm to the touch and felt like metal," Penniston said. One side of the craft had pictorial symbols and "the largest symbol was a triangle, which was centered in the middle of the others," he said.

Then after 45 minutes the light from the object "began to intensify" and it then "shot off at an unbelievable speed" before 80 Air Force personnel, he said. "In my logbook, I wrote 'speed: impossible.'"

Rodrigo Bravo from Chile's air force said UFOs needed to be studied but lamented that the media often belittle the sightings.

"Sadly the UFO subject has been contaminated with false information, out of touch with reality, provided by unqualified people to the media," Bravo said.

"One of our most important civil aviation cases occurred in 1988, showing that unidentified flying objects can be a danger for air operations," he said.

"A Boeing 737 pilot on a final approach to the runway at the Puerto Montt airport suddenly encountered a large white light surrounded by green and red."

The pilot took a sharp turn to avoid a collision, according to Bravo.

The panel included a former Iranian fighter pilot, Parviz Jafari, who said in 1976 he tried in vain to fire from his jet at an "object which was flashing with intense red, green, orange and blue light" over Tehran.

But when he approached, "my weapons jammed and my radio communications garbled."
A former Air France captain, Jean-Charles Duboc, said in 1994 he and his crew saw "a huge flying disc" near Paris with a diameter of about 300 meters (1,000 feet) that left no sign on radar.

The disc "became transparent and disappeared in about 10 to 20 seconds," Duboc said.
The former pilot said like other major airlines Air France was mindful of its image and it was difficult to raise the subject of UFOs.

A former official with the Federal Aviation Administration, John Callahan, said government agencies discourage inquiries into UFOs.

"'Who believes in UFOs?' is the kind of attitude of the FAA all the time," he said.
"However, when I asked the CIA person: 'What do you think it was,' he responded 'a UFO.'"
When Callahan suggested the government tell Americans about a UFO, the CIA official allegedly told him: "'No way, if we were to tell the American public there are UFOs they would panic.'"

Sex Toy - Vacuum screamer

A US mother-of-three has invented a sex toy that connects to a vacuum cleaner to give an orgasm in just ten seconds.

The gadget, called Vortex Vibrations, works by concentrating the air flow to create a rapid and gentle vibration, reports the Sun.

Inventor Joanne Drysdale claims it can give multiple, back-to-back orgasms lasting up to a minute a time - and it does not even touch the skin.

The 49-year-old former toolmaker was cleaning her carpets when she came up with the idea for Vortex, which sells for £35 through lovehoney.co.uk.

She saw how a piece of rubber that had got caught in the nozzle was gently resonating in the air flow. She also felt a soft stimulation to her fingertips as she tried to remove the rubber.

At the time Joanne, from Utah, had not had sex for 15 years following her divorce.
She said: "In my attempts to alleviate frustration, I began to think what I could do. I noticed how the rubber moved in the top of the vacuum. "After several hours, I came up with the prototype. The first time I tried it I reached an orgasm within 10 seconds. "That was when I knew I was on to something that could potentially bring pleasure to all women."

Musical Condom

Musical condom hits the high notes

A musical condom designed to play louder and faster as lovers reach a climax is to go on sale in Ukraine.

Grigoriy Chausovsky, from Zaporozhye, said his condoms came fitted with a special sensor that registers when the condom is put on.

It transmits a signal to a miniature speaker in the base of the condom which play a melody.
He told local media: "As the sex becomes more passionate, it registers the increased speed of the movements and plays the melody faster and louder."

Chopstick Bra Unveiled

Chopsticks bra unveiled

A 'chopsticks bra' has been unveiled in Japan for busy women looking to stash their eating utensils whilst on the go.

Bra maker Triumph International is pushing the green message with a bra it hopes will cut down on disposable chopsticks.

The 'My Hashi Bra' (or My Chopstick Bra) comes with collapsible chopsticks stashed inside the body of the brassiere.

According to the company they are compact and form part of the bra's frame.
Triumph spokesperson Hiromi Shinta said: "Its small step, but because many Japanese chopsticks are disposable, big chunks of forests are being cut down. So we thought we could help promote the use of 'My Chopsticks' and help cut down on disposable chopsticks."
Chopsticks were first used in China nearly 4,000 years ago and first went disposable in Japan about 130 years ago.

People in Japan throw away an estimated 25 billion pairs of wooden chopsticks every year, although many of these are made from recycled wood chips.

Flunitrazepam

Also Known as

Rohypnol, Roachies, Roofies, Rophies, 'Forget-me Pill'

Description

'Rohypnol' is used in some countries for prescription use as a treatment for insomnia, a sedative, and as a pre-surgery anaesthetic. It is taken to relieve anxiety and for muscle relaxation.

'Rohypnol' is tasteless and odourless, and it dissolves quite easily in carbonated beverages and alcohol, thus making it popular for use as a date-rape drug. Ketamine is also used a date-rape drug due to the 'disassociative effect' it has on the abusers.

The Effects

Loss of memory

Loss of muscle control

Dizziness

Weakness

Loss of consciousness

Dagerous drugs used by rapist!!!

A woman at a bar on a Saturday night was taken by 5 men, who, according to hospital and police reports, gang raped her before dumping her. Unable to remember the events of the evening, tests later confirmed the repeat rapes, along with traces of Rohypnol in herblood and Progesterex, essentially a small sterilization pill.

The drug is now being used by rapists at parties to rape AND sterilize their victims. Progesterex is available to vets to sterilize large animals.Progesterex is being used together with Rohypnol, the date rape drug. As with Rohypnol, all they have to do is drop it into the girl's drink. The girl can't remember a thing the next morning, of all that had taken place the night before.

Progesterex, which dissolves in drinks just as easily, is such that the victim doesn't get pregnant; she won't conceive from the rape and the rapist needn't worry about having a paternity test identifying him months later. The drug's effects ARE NOT TEMPORARY -They are P*E*R*M*A*N* E*N*T!!! Progeste rex was designed to sterilizehorses. . Any female who takes it will NEVER BE ABLE TO CONCEIVE...

The weasels can get this drug from anyone who is in the vet school or any university. It's that easy, and Progesterex is about to break out big on campuses everywhere. Believe it or not, there are even sites on the Internet telling people how to use it. Please forward this to everyone you know, especially girls.. Be careful when you're out and don't leave your drink unattended.

Please make the effort to forward thison to all you know... Guys, pleaseinform all your female
friends andrelatives!REPOST THIS MSG AS MANY TIMES AS YOUCAN to HELP SAVE THE NEXT VICTIM.....

gay illegal

Keep377A.com said:

Sexual preference is not about civil rights and has nothing to do with equality or tolerance. Repealing S377A would in fact be the first step towards mainstreaming the homosexual lifestyle, which has been shown elsewhere to lead to:

* Calls to specify the minimum age for consensual homosexual sex
* A public education system that teaches acceptance of the homosexual lifestyle under the banner of "tolerance"
* The redefinition of marriage to include (gay) civil unions and same-sex marriages, and to extend marriage and parenthood benefits to them
* Adoption by same-sex parents

In short, repealing S377A could lead to the modification of core family values and the family unit as we know it.

The majority of Singaporeans want our children to grow up in a traditional environment that espouses healthy and wholesome traditional family values. We do not want the homosexual lifestyle to be promoted or celebrated.

Some 30% are IndonesiansSingapore has fastest growing high net-worth population in the world: more details. Oct 22, 2007

According to Capgemini and Merrill Lynch's Asia Pacific Wealth Report 2007 (released in June) on Singapore's wealthy contains this old information:

* Singapore has 67,000 High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) * Singapore has the fastest growing HNWI population at a rate of 21.2%.

But the report contains these new details:
With a combined wealth of US$320 billion, these rich individuals have an average net worth of US$4.9m, higher than the global average of US$3.9m and the Asia-Pacific average of US$3.3m.
An interesting finding is that “the Indonesian population residing in Singapore comprised a significant share of the local HNWI population and wealth.”

The report went on to estimate that in 2006 “approximately 19,000 HNWIs of Indonesian origin resided in Singapore and held approximately US$93b in financial wealth.”
In other words, close to 30% of the high net worth wealth here belong to Indonesians.
As for asset allocation, our HNWIs put the largest proportion (36%) of their wealth in real estate, compared to eight other Asia-Pacific countries. They also put the least proportion (10%) in fixed income instruments.

The report also noted that Singapore “has one of the few real estate markets that has surpassed pre-crisis levels.” Maybe this explains why property investments figure so significantly here.
And maybe property is becoming a bubble here.

As for their sources of wealth, 36% of our HNWIs became rich because of their businesses. 22% are wealthy because they inherited their fortunes.

To put it differently, inheritance is ranked second as a source of wealth for these rich individuals.
46% of them are in the 41-55 age group, while 32% are in the 56-70 age group.

Finally, 78% are male.

So, the typical millionaire in Singapore -
* Is male, * About 50 years old, * has about US$5m of financial assets not counting his residence, * likes to invest in property, * became wealthy from either business or inheritance, and is probably an Indonesian…

The Special Occasion

A friend of mine opened his wife's underwear drawer and picked up a silk paper wrapped package.

"This," he said, "Isn't any ordinary package."

He unwrapped the box and stared at both the silk paper and the box.

"She got this the first time we went to New York, 8 or 9 years ago. She never put it on; was saving it for a special occasion.

Well, I guess this is it." He got near the bed and placed the gift box next to the other clothing he was taking to the funeral house. His wife had just died. He turned to me and said, "Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion.

" Those words changed my life. Now I read more and clean less. I sit without worrying about anything. I spend more time with my family, and less at work.

I understood that life should be a source of experience to be lived up to, not survived through. I no longer keep anything. I use crystal glasses every day, I'll wear new clothes to go to the supermarket if I feel like it. If it's worth seeing, listening or doing, I want to see, listen or do it now. I don't know what my friend's wife would have done if she knew she wouldn't be there the next morning, this nobody can tell. I think she might have called her relatives and closest friends. She might call old friends to make peace over past quarrels.

I'd like to think she would go out for Chinese, her favourite food. It's these small things that I would regret not doing, if I knew my time had come. I would regret it, because I would no longer see the friends I would meet, letters that I wanted to write.

"One of these days" I would regret and feel sad because I didn't say to my brother and sisters, son and daughters how much I love them. Now, I try not to delay, postpone or keep anything that could bring laughter and joy into our lives. Each morning, I say to myself that this could be a special day... Each day, each hour, each minute is special.

Abundance

In order to have 'more' of anything (or everything) we need to stretch our boundaries and our imagination. I invite you to adopt Abundance rather than Prosperity as an idea, as this aligns you with the possibility of having so much more.

When you embrace and understand Abundance as inclusive of prosperity, having 'more' means having more financial freedom, greater wellbeing, relationships that enhance your life, and abundant opportunities for expanding your joyful expression. So begin by honouring the Abundance that is always readily available to you - your breath. It's free, and life-giving. The breath infuses us with Life and creates an abundant flow as a life-giving stream. With awareness, we are able to draw more from the breath and, therefore, more from our lives. So I suggest you now take a few slow breaths as this will assist you to assimilate this bigger idea and anchor it deeply in your Being.

Infusing new information more deeply into your consciousness via the breath allows you to hold it more deeply. As you inhale, you enliven all your cells which expands your capacity to think. So - breathe, infuse, allow, use. Then take a 'wide-angle lens' view of Abundance.

This means speaking to your inner-knowing to support you to arrive at your understanding of Abundance which then paves the way for you to enjoy increasingly greater Abundance in every area of your life.

Abundance is the stage of integral wholeness where we are satiated with our own delight. It is the stage in our evolution as human beings where life ceases to be about external creation, and is about internal rapture - existing in an increasingly spacious container where we create worlds, within and without, that deeply nourish our spirit and make our hearts sing; where we live gloriously with ourselves and others. We are Abundant.

Abundance is not so much about what we have, but what we are and how we feel. When we live in 'what is right with me and my world' and not 'what is wrong with me and my world', we are beginning to awaken to this possibility. Appreciation for, rather than berating against, is an essential state of being we need to arrive at. Even the times that are challenging are gifts that we are able to harvest as great learning in order to gift ourselves with 'more' Abundance. Being awake to this core knowing is the essence of Abundance.

So, what does all this mean? When we recognise - or are willing to approach the possibility - that we are infinite, not as an oft-repeated hypothetical or 'spiritual' idea that has lost its meaning, but in a very practical and demonstrable way, we know 'I am the source of my experience'. Translated, this means that as I access my joy and inspiration continuously in the present, I create my Abundant Now and my Abundant Future.

Taking full responsibility for where you place your attention is a skill that is easy to develop. Being willing to notice the effect of your thoughts, is the key here. You may like to experiment with this for 5 minutes each a day. Just take the time to notice where you are placing your attention - what you are thinking about - and you will become aware of how you're feeling: whether you are feeling increasingly vibrant, or whether you're feeling depleted. You will then realise how much you may be keeping yourself restrained, tied to struggle of your own making.

This is where the magic happens: you now have the opportunity to play the game of increasing your Abundance, simply by changing where you place your attention.

Remember: You are your greatest asset. Really know that. Cultivating a wondrous and deeply appreciative relationship with yourself is the vehicle that carries you forward towards your Abundance. When you are filled with the joy of exploring 'you' in ever-deeper ways, you create ripples that turn to waves of glorious delight, Cultivating a relationship with yourself that is founded on 'inner seeing' and reflection, holding yourself with gentleness as you plant seeds of new possibilities, and being excited by the burgeoning possibilities and the joy that unfolds, creates the flow of Abundance.

Abundance is a flow of new inspiration. New inspiration nourishes our imagination, and sets our boundaries free. The more boundaries we dissolve, the more restrictions we let go of, the more we begin to stand in our self-determined freedom. In this way we ignite our increasing passion, which creates wonder and this feeds our genius. Living in our genius, rather than our 'average' and 'good enough', is the launching pad from which we establish Abundance as a living reality. It is only when we feel BIG, brimming over with our self-generated joy, deeply nourished from the inside, and standing in our now and offering this as our gift to ourselves, our world, our families and our friends, that - finally - Abundance will flow outward and inward in ever-increasing possibilities.

The wondrous state of Abundance is an internally generated state of celebration that flows as a river in its fullness (from you) towards Life. This imprint of fullness, inspiration and joy is inscribed and described within your being, and imprinted externally. The action completes itself - Life completes this action - and you receive Abundance as a realised state of living where you are amply rewarded.

Abundance is now the flow of giving and receiving, from within and without, that we continuously exchange. Abundance is experienced as a state of deep nourishment. There is a rising heart-swell that embraces all in its vastness and you are 'more' and 'more' is yours.

Share this 'more' and feel the swell of Abundance. Puree the flesh of 2 mangoes (about 2 cups), stir 1 teaspoon of baking powder into 225g (2 cups) almond meal, and gently beat five eggs in a bowl. Combine all ingredients, pour into a greased cake tin and bake for about 1 hour at 180o C. Cool 10 minutes before turning out. It is my experience that the more I joyously share, the more flows back to me. So, I offer you this divine recipe that a friend offered me.

Enjoy the gifts of Abundance, and feel the increasing swell of giving and receiving delight. Enjoy. Abundance article ©Jenny Werbeloff 2007© For more always more, visit http://www.sourcingfromwithin.com/.

About the Alexa Traffic Rankings

A listing of all sites on the Web, sorted by traffic...
Alexa computes traffic rankings by analyzing the Web usage of millions of Alexa Toolbar users. The information is sorted, sifted, anonymized, counted, and computed, until, finally, we get the traffic rankings shown in the Alexa service. The process is relatively complex, but if you have a need to know, please read on.

What is Traffic Rank?
The traffic rank is based on three months of aggregated historical traffic data from millions of Alexa Toolbar users and is a combined measure of page views and users (reach). As a first step, Alexa computes the reach and number of page views for all sites on the Web on a daily basis. The main Alexa traffic rank is based on the geometric mean of these two quantities averaged over time (so that the rank of a site reflects both the number of users who visit that site as well as the number of pages on the site viewed by those users). The three-month change is determined by comparing the site's current rank with its rank from three months ago. For example, on July 1, the three-month change would show the difference between the rank based on traffic during the first quarter of the year and the rank based on traffic during the second quarter.

What are sites and Web hosts?

Traffic is computed for sites, which are typically defined at the domain level. For example, the Web hosts www.msn.com, carpoint.msn.com and slate.msn.com are all treated as part of the same site, because they all reside on the same domain, msn.com. An exception is blogs or personal home pages, which are treated separately if they can be automatically identified as such from the URLs in question. Also, sites which are found to be serving the "same" content are generally counted together as the same site.

What is Reach?

Reach measures the number of users. Reach is typically expressed as the percentage of all Internet users who visit a given site. So, for example, if a site like yahoo.com has a reach of 28%, this means that of all global Internet users measured by Alexa, 28% of them visit yahoo.com. Alexa's one-week and three-month average reach are measures of daily reach, averaged over the specified time period. The three-month change is determined by comparing a site's current reach with its values from three months ago.

What are Page Views?

Page views measure the number of pages viewed by Alexa Toolbar users. Multiple page views of the same page made by the same user on the same day are counted only once. The page views per user numbers are the average numbers of unique pages viewed per user per day by the users visiting the site. The three-month change is determined by comparing a site's current page view numbers with those from three month ago.

How Are Traffic Trend Graphs Calculated?

The Trend graph shows you a three-day moving average of the site's daily traffic rank, charted over time. The daily traffic rank reflects the traffic to the site based on data for a single day. In contrast, the main traffic rank shown in the Alexa Toolbar and elsewhere in the service is calculated from three months of aggregate traffic data.

Daily traffic rankings will sometimes benefit sites with sporadically high traffic, while the three-month traffic ranking benefits sites with consistent traffic over time. Since we feel that consistent traffic is a better indication of a site's value, we've chosen to use the three-month traffic rank to represent the site's overall popularity. We use the daily traffic rank in the Trend graphs because it allows you to see short-term fluctuations in traffic much more clearly.
It is possible for a site's three-month traffic rank to be higher than any single daily rank shown in the Trend graph. On any given day there may be many sites that temporarily shoot up in the rankings. But if a site has consistent traffic performance, it may end up with the best ranking when the traffic data are aggregated into the three-month average. A good analogy is a four-day golf tournament: if a different player comes in first at each match, but you come in second at all four matches, you can end up winning the tournament.

How are Movers & Shakers Calculated?

The movers and shakers list is based on changes in average reach (numbers of users). For each site on the net, we compute the average weekly reach and compare it with the average reach during previous weeks. The more significant the change, the higher the site will be on the list. The percent change shown on the Movers & Shakers list is based on the change in reach. It is important to note that the traffic rankings shown on the Movers & Shakers page are weekly traffic rankings; they are not the same as the three-month average traffic rankings shown in the other Alexa services and are not the same as the reach numbers used to generate the list.

Some Important Disclaimers

The traffic data are based on the set of toolbars that use Alexa data, which may not be a representative sample of the global Internet population. Known biases include (but are likely not limited to) the following:

Our users are disproportionately likely to visit sites that are featured on alexa.com such as amazon.com and archive.org, and traffic to these sites may be overcounted.
The extent to which our sample may overcount or undercount users of the various browsers is unknown. Alexa's sample includes users of Internet Explorer, Firefox and Mozilla browsers. The AOL/Netscape and Opera browser is not supported, which means that sites operated by these companies may be undercounted.

The extent to which our sample may overcount or undercount users of various operating systems is unknown. Alexa sample includes toolbars built for Windows, Macintosh and Linux.
The rate of adoption of Alexa software in different parts of the world may vary widely due to advertising locality, language, and other geographic and cultural factors. For example, to some extent the prominence of Chinese sites among our top-ranked sites reflects known high rates of general Internet usage in China, but there may also be a disproportionate number of Chinese Alexa users.

In some cases traffic data may also be adversely affected by our "site" definitions. With tens of millions of hosts on the Internet, our automated procedures for determining which hosts are serving the "same" content may be incorrect and/or out-of-date. Similarly, the determinations of domains and home pages may not always be accurate. When these determinations change (as they do periodically), there may be sudden artificial changes in the Alexa traffic rankings for some sites as a consequence.

The Alexa Toolbar turns itself off on secure pages (https:). Sites with secure page views will be under-represented in the Alexa traffic data.

In addition to the biases above, the Alexa user base is only a sample of the Internet population, and sites with relatively low traffic will not be accurately ranked by Alexa due to the statistical limitations of the sample. Alexa's data come from a large sample of several million Alexa Toolbar users; however, this is not large enough to accurately determine the rankings of sites with fewer than roughly 1,000 total monthly visitors. Generally, Traffic Rankings of 100,000+ should be regarded as not reliable because the amount of data we receive is not statistically significant. Conversely, the more traffic a site receives (the closer it gets to the number 1 position), the more reliable its Traffic Ranking becomes.

Who Has Called Me?

I had two very strange same encounters that till now I still can’t figure it out and find them very weird.

These two encounters happened in year 2002 and the second encounter just happened a few months after the first one. Let me relate the incidents once again.

The first encounter had happened a year ago and I still find it freaky. At that time, I was still studying for my diploma. It was just a normal day for me until I received this call from my friend, Max.

This is how it started. In the early afternoon, my friend Max had called ‘me’ to ask me out together with another friend Dom and I agreed. But later on when they tried to call me to state the venue, I didn’t pick up. Shortly after that, ‘I’ called one of them back and suggested meeting them at Bugis instead of Orchard as they were there. So they have no problem with that and said that they would call me once they reached Bugis. Hence, everything was set.

Here comes the weird part. I think is around 2 to 3pm that I received Max’s call and he told me they had reached Bugis and asked me where I am. At first, I was shocked and was trying to figure what he was talking about. Then I just told him I was at home and was preparing to go to school and they were surprised. Anyway, I was told that they actually called the right number from their phonebook but the only thing is that my voice was a bit lower and not much difference in it. Thus, my friends never suspected anything. After telling me what has happened in the last few hours. I explained to them that all along I had been bathing and while I was bathing I couldn’t call them it was impossible. Although I saw the missed calls been displayed it was only until I had dressed up then I called them.

At that moment all of us just kept silence as we don’t know how to express ourselves and I felt goose bumps.

As for the second encounter, it was much similar to the first one and happened only 5 months later.

I could still remember that it was a Saturday evening and I was with my friend Geraldine swimming at my house. Both of my friends, Dom and Pauline called me up to go for a drink at the One Fullerton with the other friends as well. Geraldine and I were alright with it so I just told them that we would meet them there at around 9pm.

After swimming, Geraldine and I went for our dinner near my place which is around 7 plus. We were eating halfway through when Pauline called up and asked me where we were. So I jus told them we were still eating and told her that we might be late and told them to order their drinks first. Pauline was puzzled by the things I had said as she told me that Dom and her were at my house at that time. She said that I actually called her and asked if Dom could pick Geraldine and me up as I am not driving. Moreover, the name appeared in the handphone was mine and it was my voice. The moment I heard her saying that, I got a very strange feeling and I told her I didn’t make the call at all. The very last called that I made was the one that I told them where and what time to meet. Anyway, I just told them to go the cafe first and would catch up with them later.

Once we reached there, all of us were just discussing the both encounters again and couldn’t find any logical answer to it. We were all very stunned and felt scary.

Hospital Encounter

People says that hospitals are the most "unclean" places in the world. I can't disagree with that especially when I personally experience something weird. After my O'levels I was granted entry to a course in a polytechnic. I decided to take up a job during the 6 months period before I went to polytechnic. A job agency helped me to find a job in New Chxxxx Hospital (now known as Chxxxx General Hospital) material management department. I was to send all kinds of equipments to wards and OTs and offices, be it medical supply or office stationeries. The Lift At that time Chxxxx hospital was not officially open yet, only its ER and other ICUs are in operations.

One day, I made my round up to the SICU and pass supplies to the ward. I press for the lift and when it came, I pushed my trolley into it and entered it pressed the B2 button for my department. The door closed and suddenly it opened. Thinking that maybe there was someone outside, I peeped out but there was no one there. I pressed the Close button again.....and the same thing happens again!!!! This happened for four times... and this hair rising feeling got to me and I exited the lift. The door closed and it went down!! Geez, I though... maybe something is wrong with the lift sensors... I waited for another lift that did finally came AND bring me down to B2.........but a shock is awaiting me.....When the door opens at B2 and I push my trolley out of the lift, the lift on the left, which was the left that refused to take me, opens at the same time. What came out of it was totally shocked me. Out came two attendants with a metal coffin (those that hospital use to transfer the dead to the morgue..... did I told u that the morgue was in B2 as while?) and the family of the dead. The family was weeping and crying..... this really chills me to the bone. For the rest of the day I felt sick and morbid. Was something in the lift awaiting the arrival of the dead? That's why it did not allow me to go down together? .

The Ward After a month of two, my supervisor decided to send my group of friends and I to Old Toa Paxxx hospital ( Already closed ) at that time to retrieve what ever can be salvage from the old buildings there. The only two humans that were there are 2 security guards... a father and son.The first day we went there, I had this feeling... that the hospital was covered in a dark aura. The only lift there smells of disinfectant and death.... and it get stuck always in the middle of two storeys. Imagine the door opening and you are half way under ground and from the first floor...... most of the electricity was out or cut off too.

The place .. I guess like all abandon buildings looks spooky. One day, I and another guy was assigned to count the total number of metal bed frames left in the hospital. We decided to count from the main building first, from the top level down. It was around 5pm when we reach the 2nd storey. We open the ward door with our keys and walked in. It was a class C ward.... comprise mainly of different rooms by partitions with no doors in front of the partitions with a long corridor linking every room. We simply looked in and count the number of beds. I was doing the counting and my friend was doing the recording. " Seven beds", "Ok..." " 10 beds..." ," Ok.." then I came to the second last room I peeked in and i just continued to the last ward....."8 Beds" " Ok..... but oie..... the second last one you never count le.... how many beds huh?"Then It struck me by I never count the beds in that ward. I saw a room... fully furnished. There were mattresses and pillows on each bed with cases and all. Looks like a perfect ward in a hospital. And on the first bed right near the door, was this old man, dressed in hospital grown and sitting on the side of the bed and looking directly at me.........." 8 beds la F**k! Go liao la!! " I pulled my friend along and walked fast out of the ward, not daring to look to my left as I pass the particular room.

My friend thought I was lazy and whacked me on my back when I was out of the ward. I told him exactly what happened. He scolded me even more. He later told me that when a person were to see any "unclean" things.. lets not suppose to tell others or his bad luck will pass on to others...... To this day it still sends chills down my spine just to think about it.......

UFO spotted in Singapore???

This was the story that was splashed across the news on that fateful night of 22nd September 2001. 'UFO' sighted over Jurong West

Residents in Jurong West saw a strange object in the sky on Saturday night [Sep 22, 2001], describing it an unidentified flying object that hovered for as long as 15 minutes over some blocks of flats.

The UFO sparked excitement and speculation among the residents, some of whom called the Channel NewsAsia hotline.Resident Benjamin Lee captured the object on a video camera, but by the time the camera began rolling, it had moved some distance away. "They were shouting and said some flying saucer over the place so I just came out and saw the thing," he said. "They said, 'Take your view cam.' So I started taking down the picture. Then the saucer was just hovering over the top of the block, a very bright light. "At first I thought it was a chopper. Everybody was saying it's a helicopter but after looking at the lights -- the lights were running around the whole thing -- it looks much more like a saucer." Mr Lee said."I was in the kitchen when I saw the saucer. It was as wide as the flat window," added Joanne Lee. "I didn't believe it, so I used a toy telescope to look at it. It was very clear, like a plate, rounded, with blinker lights," another eyewitness, Mr Tan, said. "I saw it at 9.45 pm. I used a telescope. There were many lights on the bottom of the saucer. There were three windows. Fifteen minutes later, it flew off in another direction," Madam Yong added.

A spokesperson from mobile phone company StarHub thought it could be their lightship, which flew over the Bukit Timah expressway that night. StarHub said the two 1,000-watt lights on the lightship are so bright it could have been mistaken for a UFO. Residents in Bukit Timah apparently saw a similar object but concluded that it was the back of the lightship. Debunking the UFO mystery Naturally that a UFO could be spotted, much less broadcasted live on national radio brought the event to the attentions of the world media. Many websites carried the story. Here are just some of them.

Nintendo Wii Brings The Gym To You With Wii Fit

Nintendo has announced a new fitness game Wii Fit which is a full on exercise product set to give you more of a workout than Wii Sports, while still retaining all the fun of gaming. Wii Fit will help to keep you physically fit via a dedicated peripheral, a wireless balance board which comes with the game. There are over 40 different activities, including hula hooping, ski jumping and heading soccer balls. The hula hooping consists of, as you’d expect, gyrating your hips with a virtual hoop onscreen and then as the game progresses, characters will throw more hoops for you to catch and rotate as many times as you can until the time runs out.

The skiing game gives you two chances to make the longest jump you can whilst keeping your balance when landing. Players can increase speed by leaning forward, the more you lean the faster you’ll go, and upon reaching the jump, you stand up straight ensuring your weight is evenly balanced for a good landing. For the football game, you will need to balance on the board moving from side to side whilst balls are fired at you to hit back on to the field and avoiding other objects that are thrown at you at the same time.

Training falls into 4 categories: Aerobics, muscle conditioning, yoga and balance games. Players can assign their height to a profile to measure body mass index and Wii fitness age as well as monitor progress and record performance statistics. The calorie busting fun could appeal to couch potato kids as well a non gamers, perhaps using the Nintendo Wii as a slimming tool which would be a move into the lifestyle category rather than gaming, covering the market from another angle. Nintendo hasn't given a release date yet for Wii Fit, although its thought to hit the highstreet in early 2008.

There is only one thing that all webmasters agree upon... They all want to be at the top of the search engine results for search terms that will drive traffic and consumers to their website. The truth is that the search engines are like our childhood game of King Of The Hill. Only one person can be at the top of the hill and the top of the search results. Only ten websites can be on page one of the search results.

When a new website moves into the top ten, another must be removed. For any given search term at any given time, there are only ten web pages on page one of the search results, and there are millions of web pages that did not make page one, who may or may not catch a few stragglers from the search engines. How Can A Website Break Into The Top Ten? Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an industry that has sprung up around the concept of helping their clients improve their rankings in the search engine results.

When you talk to SEO professionals, they generally point to a two-pronged approach to search ranking optimization. A website owner needs to optimize their on-site real estate for the search engines, and they need to build inbound links to their website. On-Site Search Optimization Challenges The trick with on-site search optimization is that you must cater to multiple audiences on your website. * You must provide simple navigation and an attractive interface to the human visitor; * You must provide good sales copy to your human visitors, for the purpose of converting them from shoppers to buyers; * You must provide text copy for the search engines to read; and * You must optimize your content to help the search engines know what topics and keywords they should pay attention, so that they can give their users the right web page for the right search terms.

A web page that draws good search rankings is useless if the web page cannot convert the human visitor to a buyer. Many website owners get caught up in the process of optimizing a web page to get it to the top of the search results, and they forget that the human visitor knows where the Back Button is in his or her browser. Once your visitor has hit the Back Button, they will go to someone else's website and buy from them, instead of you. Most website owners have the alternate problem. They consistently convert a significant number of visitors to buyers, but they have to rely on various forms of paid advertising to get visitors to their websites, since they do not rank in the search engines. I recently spoke with an individual who spends ,000 per month on pay-per-click advertising to get targeted traffic to his website. He said he consistently earns back his money, but he was still looking for a better way to get ranked in the search engines, so he joined my client list.

On-Site Search Engine Optimization Basics According to the search engine companies, there are more than one thousand calculations that determine how well a website will rank in their search engine result pages (SERPs). The Google engineers are fond of saying that if you build your website for human beings instead of search engines, then your website should rank well in their algorithms. To a certain degree, this is a good strategy. Think about how magazines are constructed: The Table Of Contents shows story titles, brief descriptions, and page numbers telling you where you can find a story. On the story page, the title will be in big, bold font. Sometimes, the magazine will include a brief blurb about the story, in italics or font that is a bit bigger than the story font. Pictures support the story with captions that further develop the story, by describing the picture.

Major subsections of the story have their own subheadings. And, the primary body of the story is in regular plain text, with only an occasional bolded or italicized word or phrase. By analyzing the title and other large text on the page, a person who is flipping through the pages of a magazine can quickly assess the story content and make the decision as to whether they want to read the full story.

In the most simplistic way, this is how the search engines analyze a websites' content to decide which web page will best serve their users' needs. Off-Site Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Basics Since the inception of Google, and with Yahoo and MSN recently, the number and quality of links pointing to a website play a significant role in determining how well a web page will rank in the search results. I have heard people suggest that as much as 75% of the value given to a web page in the search results is based solely on the number and quality of links pointing to a web page. I tend to believe a more conservative number (50.1%) will apply.

Inbound Links Are More Important Than Page Content To prove this point, type "click here" without the quotes into Google, Yahoo and MSN and check the Adobe pages that come up in the search results: #1 in Google, #2 in Yahoo, and #1 in MSN. When you pull up those pages, search the page to find the individual words "click" or "here" in the text of those pages. They are not there. This has happened because millions of people have linked to these Adobe pages with the embedded anchor text, "click here".

Next, let's analyze those specific web pages from the perspective of each of the search engines: * Google's #1 result - Google PageRank 8. (www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html) Links to this web page: according to Google (31); according to Yahoo (nearly 12 million); according to MSN (6,400). * Yahoo's #2 result - Google PageRank 10. (www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer) Links to this web page: Google (15,200); Yahoo (700 thousand); MSN (32). * MSN's #1 result - Google PageRank 8. (www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash) Links to this web page: Google (0); Yahoo (2.9 million); MSN (778).

On Google's top result, they show 31 inbound links total for that web page. But, Yahoo claims that there are more than 12 million links to this page. That is a huge difference. On Yahoo's #2 result, MSN gives 32 links, Google gives 15,000 links, and Yahoo claims it has 700 thousand links! That is another huge difference between the link counts from the search engines. On MSN's #1 result, MSN shows a strong link count, but still nowhere near Yahoo's 2.9 million links. But, how does a web page with zero links in Google get a PageRank 8? What Do These Numbers Mean? Google has always said that they will never show us all of the links that we have pointing to our websites, because anything we can see in the public search results, our competitors can see also. So, for me it really is no surprise that we cannot see all of the links that point to Adobe pages, or to the links we have created that point to our clients and ourselves, by querying the search engines. Also, the sheer numbers of inbound links do not rule the roost. Google's #1 result (PR8) is actually shown in Google, before Yahoo's #2 (PR10) result.

The Proof For Link Building Is In The Search Engine Rankings Recently, a fellow who works as a SEO "professional" told me that be believed my link building system was a sham. I showed him that on the top 51 keyword phrases we use to market our original commercial website, we had 11 number one results, 31 top five results, 34 top ten results, 47 top thirty results, and 51 top 100 results within the Google search results. Additionally, it was shown that only three of those results competed with fewer than one million search results according to Google, with the remaining 48 pages competing with one million to 533 million pages.

Ole boy tore up Google trying to track how it was possible for me to have accomplished what I claimed. He finally concluded that since Google would not show HIM how I was able to rank so well in their search engine results, then I must have been lying. According to Yahoo, we have over 12,000 links from third-party websites. According to our site statistics, we received traffic from more than 16,000 unique web pages during 2006. And Google still swears that we only have 42 inbound links to our website! Magic Fairy Dust My nemesis concluded that since HE could not prove through Google how I was successful in getting good search rankings, then I could not have accomplished such results by the methods I claimed. Okay, I admit it. I used the exact same method that Adobe used to get to the top of Google's search engine rankings. I have a pocket full of magic fairy dust. Whenever, I do not like how my websites rank in the search engines, I sprinkle my magic fairy dust on my modem. If you don't like where you are ranked in the search engines, then I suggest you forego the search engine optimization companies altogether and instead run over to the corner store to get your own magic fairy dust. You might have to shop around a bit, but it is out there.

Throw out those old, dark sunglasses you have been wearing and put on a pair of new, super, great-quality sunglasses that will let you see yourself in a much better light!

Understanding

Start giving yourself the credit you deserve.

Notice the things you do well every day.

Recognize that you get to school on time every day, pay attention in class, and take care of your school assignments. These actions show commitment, responsibility, organization, an open mind, self-reliance, and more. How are you getting along with people? Do you show your friends you care about them? Do you remember people's birthdays? Do you speak well of others? If you do, you are demonstrating kindness, caring, honesty, generosity, and thankfulness. Please take the time to think about how many positive words you could use to describe the things you do with the above adjectives and add some more. Since we aren't trained to think this way, we need to rethink our thinking! Also, please go back to what you wrote earlier about situations that you were in and comments that were made about you, and change the unhelpful me-beliefs to more supporting ones! Do write down all the positive attributes you can think of about yourself starting with "I am" and then say them out loud. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO REPLACE THE OLD, UNHELPFUL ME-BELIEFS WITH NEW, HEALTHY, SUPPORTING BELIEFS!

Tip #1: Be aware of your old negative beliefs, because those beliefs have kept you in your comfort zone. If you start believing in yourself, you will go and try out for the volleyball team. Of course, there is always a chance that things won't turn out the way you want them to, and then you'll have to deal with disappointment, something that is outside your comfort zone. It's far more comfortable to stay where you are then to take a chance. Most people have built-in resistance inside of them, and it keeps them where they are with negative me-beliefs. Be aware of this resistance and be prepared to fight it! You are enough!

Tip #2: Before falling asleep and when you wake up, think three positive thoughts about yourself. To help you remember to do that, write the number 3 on a piece of paper and put it by your bed.

“You're a perfectly valuable, creative, worth-while person simply because you exist.” St. Francis de Sales

“You can be pleased with nothing when you are not pleased with yourself.” Lady Mary Wortley Montagu

“I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship.” Louisa May Alcott

“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.

You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.” Lucille Ball “Contrary to popular thinking, being worthy isn't something you earn, it's something you recognize. And once you do, you won't be able to think, speak or behave in any other way than as if what you most wanted was meant to be.” Mike Dooley
